At TAFS Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely received.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
