A 4mm ball - perfect for exfoliating rough skin around the cuticle. This diamond bonded bit is a medium grit. Perfect for Manicures and Pedicures. 

They are made from High Grade Stainless Steel and are therefore fully auto-clavable (can be sterilised in hot water). Fits all standard Drills & E-Files.
